This Privacy Policy describes how Emcee MGMT Consulting, LLC ("Emcee MGMT Co.," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit emceemgmtco.com, create an account, purchase an online course, register for a seminar, use our license or scheduling tools, use the certificate lookup tool, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise interact with us. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, including social media platforms, or to information handled by an independently licensed partner company under its own privacy practices for the hands-on portion of a seminar.
Information We Collect
Account and registration information: your name, email address, state, and organization, and, for seminar registration, information about the participant, including a parent or guardian's name and contact information when the participant is a minor.
Payment information: processed by the payment processor available at checkout (for example, PayPal). We do not receive or store your full card number or bank account number; the processor's own privacy policy governs how it handles that data.
Course, seminar, and certificate records: which courses you purchased or completed, which seminars you registered for or attended, and certificate numbers issued to you, used to operate the certificate lookup tool and the license and scheduling tools in your account. Communications: information you provide when you email us, submit a contact or inquiry form, or request group pricing.
Newsletter sign-up: your email address, if you sign up to receive news and updates from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us.
Automatically collected information: standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through server logs and, if used on the Site, cookies or similar technologies, for security, functionality (such as keeping you logged in), and basic site analytics.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as hosting and email delivery providers, under obligations to protect it. Where you engage us or we are engaged to support an attorney or legal team on a matter, information related to that engagement is shared and handled as directed by the separate written engagement agreement for that matter. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Emcee MGMT Co., our users, or others. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Children's Privacy
Our Site and online course purchases are intended for users 18 and older. As described in the Terms, a minor may attend the instructional portion of a seminar, but only when a parent or legal guardian registers them and provides the required information; we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child through the Site outside of that parent- or guardian-completed registration. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal information other than through a parent's or guardian's registration and consent, we will delete it. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and certification records, and comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements, including retaining course completion and certificate records to support the certificate lookup tool. You may update your account information by contacting us, unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails at any time, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs (such as retaining certificate and course completion records).
